A real report on how you actually show up: search, the portals, your social profiles, your reviews, and whether anything public proves you sell houses. Ten things, scored out of 100, with the two or three fixes that move it most. Most come back within the hour, it costs nothing, and it is yours to keep whether or not you ever work here.
We ran this on two working agents in this market before we offered it to anyone. One has closed 124 sides. The other closed 35 in the last twelve months. Neither scored above 47, and neither knew why.
Every one of these is somewhere a seller or buyer actually goes before they call an agent. The number on each tile is what it is worth. We check all ten and tell you exactly what we found, quoting the source.
Claimed, verified, complete. The first thing a seller sees and the one most agents never finished.
How many, how recent, and whether they show up anywhere a buyer actually reads them.
Whether a profile exists, whether it is claimed, and whether your sold history is connected to it.
What the first page returns when someone types your name — and whether it is you.
Found, professional, and naming your current brokerage. A personal Facebook profile scores zero here.
One name, one number, one brokerage spelling. Mismatches split your authority and send callers nowhere.
Whether any profile names the counties and towns you actually cover, in words.
The only asset here that survives you changing brokerages. Whether one exists, loads, and carries your name.
Whether anything public ties you to a completed transaction. Most agents fail this and are shocked.
Associations, press, awards — anything about you not written by you.
If we cannot check something — a site blocks us, a profile will not load — we say so and leave it out of the score. You get "47 out of the 82 points we could verify," not a number we made up.
Your name, your market, your brokerage, where to send it, and what you closed last year — so the report gives you credit for the business you have actually done, instead of scoring you invisible without knowing it. Ninety seconds. Everything else we go and find ourselves.
A snapshot of what could be verified today. A five to eight point swing on a later run usually means a source answered differently, not that anything changed.
Yes, and there's no version of this where it isn't. You get the report whether you reply, ignore me, or tell me you're staying where you are.
No. The report arrives by email. If you never book a call, nothing happens except that you have your report.
We look you up in public places — the same ones your clients use — and send you what we find. We don't sell your details and we don't hand them to anyone else.
Most come back within the hour. A few sources are slower to answer than others; if one of them stalls we send you the report with everything we could verify and follow up with the rest.
I'm a broker, so obviously I'd rather you worked here. But the report is real and it's yours either way, and I'm not going to chase you for it.
